Mustard Catering

Event caterers Mustard Catering are renowned for their food professionalism, listed and welcomed at more London venues than anyone else, so much so they needed to expand their kitchens and turned to Fileturn to help them realise their requirements.

Once Mustard had found the right site, a derelict factory, Fileturn were quickly on board to turn it into a production kitchen.

The unit was stripped and the roof and walls were re clad with insulated panels. The existing mezzanine floor was extended to accommodate offices and a toilet block, with a new staircase.

An extensive ventilation system was installed with a new heating system to the offices and the warehouse area.
