Lancaster Hotel & Spa

Lancaster Lodge Hotel & Spa is set within the landscaped grounds of Brunel University, but it is unlike any other university accommodation you will find.

As a commercial venture, facilities need to be on a par with any other hotel as it is used not only by visiting relatives but also by holiday makers and business people alike.

The hotel is going through a phased refurbishment and Fileturn were appointed to refurbish the bedrooms in two phases.

Rooms, including disabled access, were stripped out and refitted with new sanitary ware and plumbing, bespoke casegoods and decoration. New electrics were installed including an electric entry door system.

After a successful outcome Fileturn look forward to working with Brunel University on the next phase of works.
