Following the successful refurbishment of the sample bedrooms, Fileturn were delighted to be appointed Principal Contractor for this prestigious project.

The comprehensive project involves transforming the hotel’s 254 bedrooms and all public areas to include all the modern comforts expected of a premium hotel.

The refurbishment includes major mechanical and electrical alterations, along with a complete re style to Hilton’s latest brand - DoubleTree - which is presently rolling out throughout the UK.

The initial phase of the sample bedrooms suites were stripped completely, re wired and re built with new decorative finishes and fittings and stylish bathrooms, and have been very well received by clients and staff alike.

The DoubleTree Hotel remains open for business throughout the refurbishment. The Fileturn team work in close partnership with the management team to minimise disruption to guests and staff.
