Jurys Inn Leeds

Fileturn were appointed by Jury’s Inn to refurbish all five floors of bedrooms and corridors at their Leeds city centre site.

The works consisted of stripping out the existing fixtures and fittings to the bedrooms and corridors, making electrical alterations, decoration, installation of bespoke casegoods and soft furnishings and carrying out a soft refurbishment to the existing bathrooms.

The corridors were redecorated and new carpets and light fittings were installed.

The refurbishment was carried out in five 12 day phases to alleviate disruption to the operational hotel.

As a consequence of the success of the first phase of works, Fileturn were delighted to be appointed for the second phase of bedroom and corridor refurbishments.
