Park Inn by Radisson Bedford

The Rezidor Hotel Group is one of the world’s fastest growing hotel companies, with hotel brands covering all price ranges, located across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Fileturn were delighted to be appointed by Rezidor to carry out the public area refurbishment of one of their Park Inn branded hotels, in Bedford.

Works consisted of the total refurbishment of the public areas, including the reception, bar area and the first floor restaurant, in addition, new disabled toilet facilities were formed and the existing public toilets refurbished.

All the works had to be undertaken in four phases to minimize disruption, the hotel remained fully operational throughout the project.

A 3Form bar and reception counter were manufactured and installed on the ground floor and new hot and cold buffet units were installed in the first floor restaurant area.

New lighting, flooring, decorations, fixed seating and joinery elements were installed throughout the two areas.

Fileturn incorporated the client’s direct subcontractors for the removal of asbestos.
