Fileturn were appointed to convert an 11 bedroom ex children’s home into a residential dwelling with 6 suites.

The project entailed the complete strip out of all the internal elements of the building back to the brickwork, major structural alterations to the internal walls, roof and basement, where we excavated and extended to create a gym.

A glazed atrium was installed over the new stairwell, before the existing roof was renewed.

All new windows and doors were manufactured and installed both internally and externally and a new glazed orangery was purpose build to the left hand side of the property.

The installation of CAT 5 cabling, air conditioning and state of the art sound and lighting system.

A bespoke Maple and Walnut inlay kitchen with granite work surfaces was manufactured and installed.

Bespoke cabinetry was installed throughout the whole property.
