The new basement provides a link between two stand alone buildings. Bespoke staircases and handrails installed to connect the two buildings
The creation of a hand made bespoke hard wood, free standing kitchen, with central island unit, all fitted with solid marble tops. Limestone flooring throughout.
Reconfiguration of semi derelict building to provide a first floor master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room. Two further ensuite bedrooms were created on the ground floor with access to the courtyard.
Extensive M&E works throughout the property and the installation of a Rako smart lighting system, installation of air conditioning and alarm systems.
Specialist paint finishes and decorative wallcoverings applied throughout the property.
Procurement and installation of the FF&E packages to all areas of the property.
All exterior landscaping including reinstating the courtyard garden above the sub terranean additional level, re-configuration of the driveway and front garden to provide additional parking for 4 cars.
