Medlands Farm

Fileturn were appointed to carry out this highly specialised and skilful heritage conversion of a 17^th Century barn and associated farm buildings in to a stunning country equine estate, comprising of a 6 bedroom family home 3 bedroom ancillary cottage, stable block, garaging, minaj and various out buildings.

We were also instructed to carry out extensive landscaping and external works to the estate.

The overall project entailed a high end fit-out with specialist finishes throughout including bespoke hardwood helical staircase with polished plaster soffit, bespoke hardwood cabinetry, a full M&E installation, fully air conditioned, audio visual package complete with integrated Lutron lighting system.
