Best known for their rooftop and alfresco spots such as The Prince, Pergola Paddington and Pergola on the Wharf, Incipio Group have commissioned Fileturn again to transform two existing units in White City into one large restaurant and bar called “Dear Grace”.

This new eatery offers an all-day space that will be open from breakfast onwards. It aims to be a handy place for work during the day while serving up cocktails and small plates after work. The new venue showcases a long bar which integrates with the spaces, providing dining, drinking and event areas in a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Works included full M&P fit-out, acoustic treatment due to the TV studios on the floor above, new flooring, bespoke joinery including bar, back bar and waiter stations. New wooden panelling was installed on some of the walls and all ceilings and high level services were a sprayed finished.

The site’s landlord was included in all site meetings as we had to integrate fire, drainage and CCTV cameras with other units in the building.
