This double fronted unit in the West End was previously a club. Fileturn had a limited timescale to completely strip out the unit and fit-out as a restaurant.
Fileturn also had to overcome the logistical issues of working in Covent Garden limited access in the small streets for delivery lorries. Heavy snowfall and noise restrictions due to the mixed residential and commercial nature of the area also added to the issues.
There were specialist finishes throughout, including an imported Italian marble bar top, hand made floor tiles from Turkey and high gloss lacquered ceiling panels, suspended at high level under the concrete soffit.
Fileturn’s master craftsmen made the bespoke oak staircase which leads to the kitchen and toilet areas.
