Limeyard

Fileturn have successfully collaborated with Alison Pike Interiors and Architecture to produce a design and build offer for new venture, Limeyard Restaurants, part of the Cote Restaurant Group. Limeyard now have three sites in Ealing, Staines and Leeds. Three further sites are under offer and with a plan to roll out up to 200 units over the coming years. Fileturn are undertaking these on a one stop shop D&B offer!

These South Carolina style restaurants take the deep south as inspiration. The restaurant features reclaimed timber for the main structure and waiter stations, complemented by Old World type copper fixtures throughout the restaurant and toilets. To contrast this, chequerboard black and white travertine flooring was laid.

The walls were built using aged brickwork with scumble finishes to match the timber ceiling and beams. Mounted onto the walls were bric-a-brac accessories including surf boards, cacti, Hawaiian shirts and black and white beach photos.

A new marble feature bar was built in the main restaurant area along with copper lighting on the rafts throughout. An exposed full extract and air conditioning system, bespoke kitchen and new music system were also installed.
