The National Gallery is located in Trafalgar Square, London and required that their café restaurant be reorganised into a new layout and refurbished. This was a fast turnaround project that required being delivered in stages.
The task require producing and installing bespoke joinery to house items such as a new Feature Trytych screen, special pendant lighting imported from France, back lit picture frames and a new music system.
Where possible existing features were reused having been first cleaned, polished and refurbished such as the marble restaurant counter top. Much of the flooring was cleaned and polished while in other areas new carpet floors were laid.
The project had to be co-ordinated with the clients own kitchen installer to ensure minimum downtime for the restaurant.
The time scale was 9 weeks and the project was completed on time and on budget.
